Techniques We Use

1) Therapeutic Exercise
Individually prescribed drills to restore range of motion, strengthen key stabilizers, and improve neuromuscular control. Progression is dose-based, with a structured home plan to maintain gains and prevent recurrence.

2) Mulligan Technique (Mobilization With Movement)
Pain-free joint mobilization performed while you actively move. Effective for the spine, shoulder, knee, and ankle to improve joint mechanics, reduce pain quickly, and enhance functional movement.

3) Kinesio / Rigid Taping
Therapeutic taping to support joints or muscles, improve proprioception, reduce swelling, and cue optimal movement patterns. It is an adjunct to exercise and typically stays on for several days as indicated.

4) Therapeutic Massage & Soft-Tissue Release
Targeted deep-tissue and myofascial techniques to ease muscle tone, boost circulation, and reduce post-effort stiffness. Pressure and duration are adjusted to your presentation to avoid aggravation.

5) Posture Correction & Functional Education
Ergonomic coaching for desk setup, lifting strategies, sleeping positions, and daily movement habits. We provide practical cues and micro-exercises you can integrate throughout the day.

6) Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Gentle, rhythmic strokes that stimulate lymph flow and reduce edema after injury or surgery. Applied only when clinically appropriate, with medical exclusions observed for safety.
