Our modern rehab gym works in full synergy with your treatment plan. Under physiotherapist supervision, we use targeted exercise to improve mobility, strength, posture, balance, and functional endurance, guiding you safely back to daily activities or sport. Programs are progressive and tailored to your assessment findings.
What we do in the gym
Range-of-motion, flexibility, and core stability training.
Progressive strengthening with resistance (free weights/bands/multi-purpose machines).
Balance and neuromuscular control with posture correction.
Low-impact therapeutic conditioning (bike/treadmill) to build endurance without overloading joints.
