Electrotherapy Department at Physio Joints

Our center has a range of the latest therapeutic devices.

Shockwave Therapy

Emits high-intensity, high-speed sound waves. It is used to treat many medical conditions, most notably plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and scarring and fibrosis.
This is achieved by increasing blood flow to the affected area, breaking down calcified deposits, and stimulating cells during the healing process.

Super Inductive System

A technology that relies on emitting a high-intensity, high-speed electromagnetic field, which positively affects the human body's tissues. These waves are used to relieve pain, accelerate fracture healing, relax muscles, stimulate muscles, and move joints using a specific technique.

EMSELLA

The EMSELLA device uses HIFEM energy to induce deep, intense contractions of the pelvic floor muscles, helping patients with loss of bladder control regain their confidence.
HIFEM stimulates the entire pelvic floor area and helps restore neuromuscular control.
A single session causes thousands of pelvic floor muscle contractions beyond their maximum threshold, which is crucial for muscle regeneration.

High Intensity laser

It emits a light beam that is absorbed by the body's tissues, reducing pain, inflammation, and fibrosis caused by burns and scars, and accelerating wound healing.
Our device pioneers the trend in high-intensity laser applications using an automated robotic scanning system. This allows you to treat small and large body areas up to 1,200 square centimeters.

TR-Therapy

TR-therapy uses high frequency electromagnetic energy that penetrates the human body and enhances the effectiveness of deep tissue heating, relieving muscle aches, relaxing stimulation points, and rebuild muscle. The concept of high frequency therapy (TR-therapy) includes massage techniques, negative movement, and muscle stimulation techniques.

Ultrasound

These high-frequency, non-thermal waves help improve blood circulation, significantly reducing inflammation in tissues and ligaments, and also helping to repair damage. Our device features a more effective Hands-Free head, covering a larger area and saving time and effort.

Intermittent pneumatic Compression

It treats problems related to blood vessels and circulation in the extremities, varicose veins, fluid accumulation in the extremities, and problems and inflammation of the lymph nodes. This is done by applying special high-compression stockings, which lead to increased blood flow.

Electrecal Therapy

Electrical stimulation helps relieve pain and increase blood flow to the affected area. It also improves motor and functional performance, thus reducing the need for medications and painkillers. This is achieved by using our smart device, which offers more than thirty different types of electrical current.

knee flexion device CPM

This device flexes and extends the knee joint within its normal range of motion without requiring the patient to exert any effort to move the joint. It is used after cruciate ligament and knee replacement surgeries.

Traction Unit

The device gradually moves the vertebrae apart in the cervical or lumbar vertebrae, relieving pressure on the cartilage and nerve outlets, thereby reducing pain and disability for the patient.
